Arguably the most important cog in the wheel. This will enable your coach to ensure you on on track with your progress and goals whilst making changes and adaptations where needed. They will also provide feedback on everything from your nutrition to your training and offer support and motivation where needed.
Our App
You will be given your own account and login details to one of the best personal training apps. Here you will be able to view and complete your workouts and see your selected program. Each exercise has its own demonstrational video and exercise description. You will be able to train in full confidence knowing that you are executing every exercise to perfection!
Accountability & WhatsApp support
24/7 WhatsApp support from your coach. Ask as many questions to your coach as often as you'd like and they'll reply within hours. A very personal touch. Weekly check ins using our progress tracker to monitor your journey and keep you on track.
